TTACC’s april lunchen hosted City Controller Annise  Parker. City Controller Annise Parker is Houston’s second-highest elected city official and serves as the city's Chief Financial Officer. She talked about current City of Houston issues, financial position and credit ratings of city, waste elimination methods.

And she gave information about city bidding procedures and encourages TTACC members to participate in city projects. She concluded her remarks with the City Controller’s office duties and responsibilities. Elected officials, local business owners and media were present at the event. Participants showed their eagerness to learn about the city and how to improve, during the questions and answers session.
