About Us
Texas Turkish American Chamber of Commerce (TTACC) was established as a non-profit and a non-political organization and exclusively for scientific, charitable, and educational purposes. TTACC was established in Houston, Texas by a group of business owners, educators, and legal consultants to facilitate commerce between the US and other countries and to establish partnerships among businesses and organizations. Often many small and mid-size businesses do not have the ability or capability to do research, to seek alternative market opportunities or draw local and international businesses to invest in the state and create partnership. Thus, goals of the TTACC are to;

  • Develop programs(e.g. seminars, workshops, vis-à-vis meetings) about trade and investment opportunities in the US and other countries,
  • Create an environment to bridge a partnership and facilitate networking among mutual business interests,
  • Consult with local state officials and agencies to gather useful trade information to distribute to public and local businesses,
  • Arrange travel programs for businessmen who are seeking market in the US,
  • Provide guidance regarding local trade laws and documentation to expedite business,
  • Streamline business practices to increase trade volumes,
  • Train public and its members and provide useful hands-on data for investments and/or business initiatives,
  • Conduct research on a regular basis to stimulate knowledge exchange and flow of information for the benefit of public, and
  • Invite guest speakers and offer luncheons and organize various gatherings, and special events for businesses and individuals to create business partnerships.
